If you are on any type of EMHA, you have waived all your constitutional rights concerning searches of your home.

If you are removed from the program for any violation, the time you served at your home while on EMHA is not credited towards any jail time imposed at your sentencing.  

Appointments such as doctor, dentist, community service, or any other Court ordered counseling will be permitted and must be scheduled at your meeting. You must provide proof of such appointments.  

Even though you may be at your home, you are incarcerated.
